Parties booked Monday thru Thursday must be booked 3 days in advance. Parties booked Friday thru Saturday must be booked a minimum of 3 days in advance.

Outside food & drink is not permitted. Some exceptions may be made for children with allergies or restricted diets.

Parents are responsible for arrival and departure of all guests to and from the general facility and party rooms.
Package # 1

*Serves 8 child guests.
Party rates will NOT be adjusted for fewer than 8 child guests.
Please note additional guests exceeding 5 may require an additional package to be purchased. 

2 hr party booking.
2 HOUR BREAKDOWN:
Check in 1/2 hour prior to 1 hr room reservation.
1 hour in private party room.
1/2 to check out.
Note: Party Guests MUST CHECK IN and CHECK OUT at their scheduled reservation times! No exceptions will be made!SOCKS ARE REQUIRED!!!
  • Party host/hostess handles set up and clean up. Hostess will check on you periodically and provide assistance. She does NOT remain in the room.
  • 1 hr use of Private" party room.
  • "THEMED" place settings for party guests.
  • Admission and unlimited access to play area
  • Cake, candles, lighter and coordinating decorations(choose from 15 licensed character themes)
  • Choice of 2 food trays:

Additional adults are welcome at no additional charge. Food and beverage not provided and additional adults must not exceed room capacities. Sublime Lime Room holds 30. All other rooms hold 25.

Admission for 8 Kids PLUS the Birthday Child FREE (9 guests in total) Adults are FREE! Access to our family friendly THEMED play structure, Bounce Houses & Tot Lounge.

Package does not include beverages or food for adult guests or extra children attending not included in the package. For additional children only attending the party to play standard admission fees apply. Tabs are available on party day for additional beverages and snack purchases and you can also visit our online store to add on to your package or upgrade at the time of booking.

 

 



Custom Party Package

Should our standard Party Packages not suit your celebration needs you can use our ONLINE SERVICES page to customize a party that is right for you. If you wish to have our party coordinator put together a package for you, please email the following information to partycoordinator@stircrazy.ca:   Date, Time, Room, Head Count, Wish List and Budget. A non-refundable $35.00 service fee is required to begin the process. Once this fee has been paid our Stir Crazy team will work hard to customize a unique package that is right for you and your guests. Contact us today!

SCHOOL AND CLUB PACKAGE

Admission is $12.49 per child and includes a mini cupcake and a drink. In addition to admission a private room rental is required. The rental fee is $75.00/hr Mon - Thurs and $100.00/hr Fri Sat, Sun and Holidays. Teachers, coordinators and assisting volunteers are free. Minimum of 20 children required for booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO INFO@STIRCRAZY.CA. ONLY CHANGES RECEIVED VIA EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED/CONSIDERED! ANY CHANGES INVOLVING TIME SLOT AND DATE CHANGES WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE!!! ANY AND ALL CHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO PARTY DATE! FULL PAYMENT IS STILL REQUIRED FOR ANY GUESTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP ON PARTY DAY.

Full payment of your birthday party package is due upon registration. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administration Fee. Cancellations made within a week of the scheduled date (up to 3 days prior) will receive a full refund less a $60.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations and no shows 2 days prior to the event or less will be charged the full amount of the purchased package price. All rescheduled parties will be charged an administration fee of $25.00 if rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the original party date. If rescheduled less than one week prior to the event date a fee of $65.00 will be charged for all rescheduling changes.
