Outside food & drink is not permitted. Some exceptions may be made for children with allergies or restricted diets.
Parents are responsible for arrival and departure of all guests to and from the general facility and party rooms.

Should our standard Party Packages not suit your celebration needs you can use our ONLINE SERVICES page to customize a party that is right for you. If you wish to have our party coordinator put together a package for you, please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org: Date, Time, Room, Head Count, Wish List and Budget. A non-refundable $35.00 service fee is required to begin the process. Once this fee has been paid our Stir Crazy team will work hard to customize a unique package that is right for you and your guests. Contact us today!

|SCHOOL AND CLUB PACKAGE|
Admission is $12.49 per child and includes a mini cupcake and a drink. In addition to admission a private room rental is required. The rental fee is $75.00/hr Mon - Thurs and $100.00/hr Fri Sat, Sun and Holidays. Teachers, coordinators and assisting volunteers are free. Minimum of 20 children required for booking. ALL CHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO INFO@STIRCRAZY.CA. ONLY CHANGES RECEIVED VIA EMAIL WILL BE ACCEPTED/CONSIDERED! ANY CHANGES INVOLVING TIME SLOT AND DATE CHANGES WILL BE CHARGED A $25.00 ADMINISTRATION FEE!!! ANY AND ALL CHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO PARTY DATE! FULL PAYMENT IS STILL REQUIRED FOR ANY GUESTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP ON PARTY DAY.
Full payment of your birthday party package is due upon registration. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date will receive a full refund less a $25.00 administration Fee. Cancellations made within a week of the scheduled date (up to 3 days prior) will receive a full refund less a $60.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations and no shows 2 days prior to the event or less will be charged the full amount of the purchased package price. All rescheduled parties will be charged an administration fee of $25.00 if rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the original party date. If rescheduled less than one week prior to the event date a fee of $65.00 will be charged for all rescheduling changes.
